The center for retraining and advanced training of the staff of auto training schools is an independent structural unit of the academy.

The activity of the center is aimed at retraining and upgrading the qualifications of teachers and driver-instructors of educational organizations engaged in training, retraining and upgrading the qualifications of drivers of motor vehicles on the basis of a contract.

Objectives of the center:

to organize retraining and advanced training courses to improve the teachers and driver-instructors of educational organizations;

to introduce the results of scientific research in the field of legislative documents, pedagogy, traffic safety and exploitation of motor vehicles into the process of retraining and advanced training of teachers and driver-instructors of educational organizations;

to develop scientific-methodological bases for retraining and advanced training of teachers and driver-instructors of educational organizations;

to develop new generation curricula and programs, textbooks, training manuals and training-methodical complexes that meet modern requirements for retraining and advanced training of teachers and driver-instructors of educational organizations;

to generalize and implement the advanced foreign experience in retraining and advanced training of teachers and driver-instructors of educational organizations;

to effectively organize the system of retraining and advanced training.

The center has established cooperation with the following organizations:

Traffic safety service of the Department of public safety of the Ministry of internal affairs;

Institute of advanced training and retraining of motor transport personnel of the Ministry of Transport;

Tashkent state transport university;

University of public safety,

“Patriotic” (Vatanparvar) organization supporting the defense;

“Avtotest Report” limited Liability Company;

“Transkasb” enterprise association;

Tashkent Automobile and Road technical college.
