Human Resource department is considered an independent structural unit of the academy.
The purpose of the department is to train professional personnel for the internal affairs bodies, to provide meritocracy, to train them, to improve the competencies of the personnel, to determine the level of compliance with the position they hold, as well as to determine the prospects of their use in the service in the future.
Objectives of the department:
to implement personnel policy;
to organize admission of candidates for service in internal affairs bodies on a competitive basis,
to ensure compliance with the rules of the service procedure and labor relations, the fulfillment of the requirements for the “continuous education-career” process;
to organize the process of training, retraining and continuous advanced training for professional personnel of internal affairs bodies;
to ensure service, combat, physical and psychological training of personnel;
to create the reserve of prospectus personnel and others.
