The staff of the internal affairs body with higher education are admitted to the master’s degree.

Staff are trained in the following specialties:

1) “organizational-strategic management”;

2) “organizational-tactical management”;

3) “scientific-pedagogical activity”.

The term of study at the master’s degree is 1 year, and the graduates are awarded the master’s degree in management.

It is stipulated that in order to be appointed to a leadership position, the officers of the internal affairs bodies must study at the master’s degree.
