The Department for organizing disciplinary affairs and rewarding is considered an independent structural unit of the academy.

The purpose of the department is to organize spiritual-enlightened work among the personnel, to strengthen service discipline and legality in the team, to carry out incentivizing work, as well as to provide social protection of the staff and their family members.

Objectives of the department:

to organize spiritual-enlightened and behavioral-moral activities with members of the staff;

to ensure that the personnel strictly comply with the requirements of professional culture and service discipline in line of service duty and off duty;

to conduct individual disciplinary work in the team, to strengthen service discipline and legality;

to organize cultural recreation of the personnel;

to provide assistance to personnel, veterans, as well as passed away personnel and disabled staff while performing their duties and to their families;

to organize promotion of the personnel, to submit candidates for the state and departmental awards.
