Full-time education consists of bachelor and master degrees.

Graduates of academic lyceums and military academic lyceums under the Ministry of internal affairs, the staff and servicemen of internal affairs bodies, public order assistants of crime prevention (senior) inspectors, as well as graduates of secondary general educational schools and citizens with secondary special education are admitted to full-time bachelor’s degree.

Personnel are trained in the following specialties:

1) operational-search activity;

2) crime prevention activity;

3) forensics activity;

4) execution of punishment activity;

5) disciplinary-psychological support of service activity;

6) organizational-staff activity;

7) probation activity;

The term of study at this stage is 3 years, graduates are awarded the qualification of “lawyer” and the special rank of “lieutenant”.
